All prescription weight loss medications available through our service require a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber. Our pharmacist or prescriber will review your consultation questionnaire before any prescription is issued or dispensed.
We reserve the right to decline to issue or dispense a prescription where it is not clinically appropriate. Approval is at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the point of checkout.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service performance. We cannot guarantee delivery times during public holidays or periods of exceptional demand.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to your specified delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch. Once an order has been approved and dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in accordance with the Medicines (Sale or Supply) Regulations and for patient safety reasons.
If your order is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the matter promptly.
